Choose a service or repair and a date that suits your needs. Then, simply bring your bicycle into our store on either the morning of your booking or the day before, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Our labour comes with a 3-month warranty. Parts will come with a manufacturer’s warranty that is usually 12 months. However, if the bicycle has been neglected or misused warranty will be void.
We always aim to serve our customers quickly, while maintaining quality standards. If your bicycle is booked in for that day, we’ll aim to get it finished within the day. Any punctures or small repairs will usually be the same day. If we need to order parts or the job is more complicated, we typically can turn around the repair within 48 hours.
Absolutely! We’ll always try to assist you as best as we can. We can fit emergencies in most of the time, such as punctures, brake pad changes or chain repair etc.
We’d recommend your bicycle should be serviced every 6 months. In some cases, we recommend more frequent servicing, especially if you ride your bicycle every day and during winter and wet weather.
Yes, we do! Our bicycle specialists are qualified to service and repair a number of electric bicycle brands. However, safety always comes first, and if your electric bicycle is illegal, we reserve the right to decline repair and/or service. Please refer to https://www.gov.uk/electric-bike-rules for further information on electric bicycle legality.
